Role Description

The Director, Finance and Complex Deals is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding Company's financial operations, deal structure, and commercial growth strategy. As Company scales, this role will oversee financial planning, pricing strategy, forecasting, and operational control, while ensuring that complex public-sector contracts and supplier engagements are executed profitably and efficiently.

This individual will also act as Company's primary liaison with the company's financial institution, overseeing cash management, payments, and financial reporting to maintain strong banking relationships and ensure continued fiscal health.

Qualifications

8–12 years' experience in finance, pricing, or commercial operations within technology, SaaS, or public-sector contracting.

Strong experience interfacing with commercial banks — initiating payments, managing liquidity, and maintaining compliance and reporting.

Proven track record in deal structuring, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis.

Deep understanding of public sector procurement frameworks (PSPC, SSC, OECM, DIVA, CSPV, etc.).

Hands-on experience with A/P, A/R, budgeting, and forecasting systems.

Proficiency with Zoho, NetSuite, and advanced Excel financial modeling.

CPA or MBA preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
