As a Customer Communication Assistant, you'll be the first friendly face — or voice our guests connect with, whether they walk through our doors, call in, or reach out online. You'll set the tone from the very first moment, helping guests feel welcomed, valued, and confident they've come to the right place. Every interaction is a single opportunity to deliver warmth, professionalism, and genuine connection.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm — making their first impression unforgettable.
  • Be the friendly voice that answers and directs all incoming calls.
  • Track guest traffic and interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Help our dealership shine, maintaining a clean, inviting space that reflects our high standards.
  • Maintain a professional appearance that reflects our brand.
  • Jump in to assist your team and Managers with any administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For

  • A reputation for honesty, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills, Google Workspace.
  • A friendly, positive personality that lights up every interaction.
  • Previous customer service experience is a definite plus
