Crusher Operator

Canada Crushing Company is a family owned business operating in Ontario. We are based in Grafton, ON and provide aggregate processing services all across Ontario. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and can keep up with the fast paced work environment.

Job Title: Crusher Operator/Foreman

Duties:

• Supervise and lead in crushing operations by organizing the crew to work safely and efficiently
• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment in a production environment
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
• Ensure products meet quality standards by conducting regular equipment adjustments
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
• Review and submit timesheets on a weekly basis
• Coordinate with clients for daily crushing activities

Requirements:

- High degree of mechanical knowledge and aptitude

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets

- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required

• Travel within the GTA and surrounding area is required as jobsite locations will change throughout the year.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
