Overview

We are a growing manufacturing and service company specializing in commercial refrigeration gaskets and door components. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Production Associate to support our shop production and daily operations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, follows instructions carefully, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with tools. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop manufacturing skills and gain valuable experience in a growing and collaborative team environmen

Duties

  • Operate shop and production equipment safely
  • Assemble products using hand and power tools
  • Cut and prepare materials according to specifications

Inspect products for quality and accuracy

  • Keep the work area clean and organized
  • Assist with setup and daily production tasks
  • Work with team members to meet production goals

Requirements

  • Basic English speaking and understanding skills
  • Experience working with hand and power tools; hands-on and mechanically inclined
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
  • Good attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Comfortable with physical work, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience is an asset (training can be provided)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
