Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Toronto, ON, for a Social Media Marketing Intern. The primary responsibilities include managing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content for various platforms, collaborating with the marketing team to align efforts with overall branding, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. The intern will also engage with online audiences to build brand awareness and promote customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Create visual content for social media using Adobe Suite and Canva
  • Assist in writing blog posts, newsletters, and website content
  • Support social media planning, content scheduling, and community engagement
  • Help brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns
  • Conduct basic research related to AI trends, competitors, and market insights
  • Assist with administrative or creative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro is a plus)
  • Strong skills in Canva
  • Good written communication skills; ability to write engaging blog content
  • Interest in content creation, branding, and digital marketing
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with social media management tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools or AI-related topics
