We are Algonix Technologies An internationally active tech company specializing in IT, Web design, web development, Marketing, and digital solutions. Our team works completely remotely, location-independently, and with maximum entrepreneurial freedom

We are currently expanding our international sales department and are looking for communicative personalities who want to acquire customers independently—whether part-time, full-time, as a side job, or as a freelancer. Just a few successful deals per month can secure your entire monthly income – there is no upper limit.

We help companies become professionally and effectively visible online—with clean designs, strong technical solutions, and a high focus on results.

To expand our client portfolio, we are looking for you—someone who is communicative, finds leads independently, and enjoys inspiring companies with professional web solutions.

If you are open-minded, motivated, and reliable, you will fit perfectly into our growing team.

Your Tasks

You will independently handle lead generation and provide qualified inquiries for our web design & development projects. This includes:

• Active research of new potential customers
• Initial contact via telephone, email, or LinkedIn
• Forwarding leads to our technical team
• You receive commissions on every successfully closed order

Commissions

You will receive a success-based commission on the net order value:

• €1,000 – €2,500 → 15 %
• €2,500 – €5,000 → 17 %
• €5,000+ → Higher commissions possible by arrangement

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience in lead generation, sales, or telephone customer contact, cold caller
• Enthusiasm for web design & web development (technical knowledge is not strictly necessary)
• Confident demeanor, good communication skills, and motivation
• Ability to research potential customers independently
• German language skills (fluent or very good)
