Role: Architect - Software Developer

Role Overview:

Quantiphi is seeking a Architect - Software Developer (Full Stack) with deep technical expertise across C#, NodeJS, LitElement, AWS, and RedShift. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance, data-driven web applications particularly within EdTech and cloud-based analytics environments.

This is a hands-on architecture role, requiring a blend of technical leadership, system design, and full-stack development to deliver impactful digital solutions in collaboration with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop end-to-end web applications using C#, NodeJS, and JavaScript frameworks (LitElement, HighCharts).

• Build dynamic, interactive, and responsive front-end components with LitElement and other modern web technologies.

• Develop and maintain robust backend services and APIs leveraging NodeJS and AWS services.

• Design and optimize data models and pipelines using AWS RedShift for performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, UX/UI, Cloud) to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

• Apply best practices in architecture, testing, and CI/CD to ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability.

• Contribute to cloud-native design and DevOps workflows in AWS environments.

• Provide technical mentorship to development teams and drive architecture reviews and code quality initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, including architectural or technical leadership responsibilities.

• Strong expertise in C#, NodeJS, and JavaScript frameworks (LitElement preferred).

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RedShift, etc.).

• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Strong understanding of database systems, particularly AWS RedShift and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).

• Experience building data visualization and analytics dashboards using HighCharts or similar libraries.

• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Other Qualifications: 

• Experience working in the EdTech domain or other data-rich, user-driven environments.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of modern CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and agile methodologies.

• Exposure to Generative AI or AI-assisted development tools.
