Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, while also being able to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

The hours we are looking to fill is 20 hours per week 3pm-7pm. Mon-Friday as well as a role that can fill Sat & Sunday 10am-5pm.

Duties

  • Help service walk in clients for shipping, printing, scanning and other services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling products or services based on customer needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging situations or complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent support.
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail. No room for error for addresses.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Experience in sales and upselling techniques is a plus. Job will pay bonus commission on marked up sales.
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication standards.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
