About the Role

We are hiring a 
Content Creator Specialist
 to manage 
in-store content creation and influencer marketing
 across multiple fast-growing restaurant brands.

This is a 
hands-on, in-person content creator role
 — not remote or hybrid. You will travel frequently between restaurant locations to shoot short-form video content, coordinate influencer visits, and execute ideas in real time.

We don't care about corporate titles or polished resumes.

We care about 
ideas, execution, views, engagement, consistency, and results
.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Ideation & Scripting

  • Brainstorm 
    high-performing content ideas
     for multiple brands
  • Write 
    scripts, hooks, and captions
     for short-form videos
  • Stay on top of trends and adapt them to each brand
  • Think independently and 
    proactively pitch ideas

Content Shooting & Execution

  • Travel frequently to restaurant locations to 
    shoot content on-site
  • Capture 
    short-form video content
     (primarily shot on phone)
  • Use camera equipment when required
  • Shoot food, staff, customer experience, BTS, and promotional content
  • Execute content requests from the 
    Marketing Manager
  • Work closely with the in-house 
    graphic design team
     for final creatives

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify and source 
    local influencers
     for each brand
  • Reach out, negotiate, and coordinate influencer collaborations
  • Arrange influencer visits and shoots with store teams
  • Ensure content deliverables are met
  • Track performance (views, reach, engagement)

What We're Looking For:

  • Recent graduate or fresh graduate
     in marketing, media, communications, film, digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of 
    Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form video trends
  • Knows what drives 
    views, engagement, and virality
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, real-world restaurant environments
  • Confident communicating with store managers and influencers
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and takes ownership of content quality
  • Creative thinker who does not need constant direction
  • Must have 
    own car
     and be willing to travel frequently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience creating 
    high-performing social media content
  • Ability to script, shoot, and execute content independently
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, real-world restaurant environments
  • Corporate experience 
    not required
  • This role is 
    full-time and in-person only
