Job Title: Collision Repair Planner

Job Summary:

The Collision Repair Planner is responsible for inspecting vehicles, creating accurate repair plans, ordering parts, communicating with insurance companies, and coordinating the repair process with the production team. The goal of this role is to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient repairs following OEM standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform vehicle intake, inspection, and documentation
  • Complete pre-scan and schedule teardown when necessary
  • Create detailed repair blueprints including labor, parts, and procedures
  • Prepare estimates using CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters and submit supplements
  • Build accurate parts lists and coordinate ordering
  • Schedule and coordinate work with body, paint, mechanical, and calibration teams
  • Track repair progress and update work-in-progress board
  • Ensure OEM and I-CAR standards are followed
  • Verify post-scan, calibration, and final quality checks
  • Help improve cycle time, touch time, and first-time fix rate

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of collision estimating, blueprinting, or production planning experience
  • Proficient with CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex
  • Strong understanding of OEM procedures, structural repair, and ADAS/calibration requirements
  • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • English required; Chinese is an asset
  • Valid driver's license
  • I-CAR or OEM certifications are a plus
