From pre-apprenticeship to management we offer company sponsored training, competitive wages, medical benefits, performance incentives and more.Primary Objectives of the Role:We are seeking a dynamic Collision Repair Bodyshop Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the smooth running of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing customer inquiries, and driving sales to meet targets. This role is integral to the overall operations of the repair facilities' growth and performance.• Strong Leadership and clear communication skills to lead the team toward achieving goals.• Ensure proper handling and efficient processing of insurance claims and repair process.• Review quality control measures to ensure all repairs exceed industry standards and customers’ expectations.• Manage inventory of parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure materials are available for timely repairs.
