The Opportunity
We are looking for an accomplished US Entity Compliance Specialist to join our Delaware Entity Services team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.

- Interacting with global team members and clients to ensure entity management tasks are carried out in accordance with our service agreements and protocols and that our client data is maintained accurately;
- Ensuring entities remain in good standing by filing annual reports accurately and on time, running reports and utilizing tools to monitor entity status;
- Actively learning, listening and engaging with team members to enhance protocols and workflows by looking for opportunities to streamline processes;

- This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual with well-developed critical thinking skills and possesses the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- The ideal candidate will also have an innate desire to consistently strive for excellence, take pride in carrying out their responsibilities efficiently and with impeccable execution, and proactively looks for opportunities to recommend improvements to systems and processes;
- The individual must also be a self- starter who works well within a team, is energized by a continuous learning environment and possesses an ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines;
- This role is suited for an individual with 1-2 years' of experience in a professional services environment;
- Strong written and verbal skills are required;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred;

L'occasion
Nous recherchons un Spécialiste de la conformité des entités US accompli pour se joindre à notre équipe Services aux entités du Delaware au sein de notre activité de services financiers à Montréal.

En tant que membre de notre équipe de Montréal, vous devrez:
- Interagir avec les membres de l'équipe internationale et les clients pour s'assurer que les tâches de gestion des entités sont exécutées conformément à nos accords et protocoles de service et que les données de nos clients sont conservées avec précision ;
- S'assurer que les entités restent en règle en déposant les rapports annuels avec précision et dans les délais, en exécutant des rapports et en utilisant des outils pour surveiller le statut des entités ;
- Apprendre activement, écouter et s'engager avec les membres de l'équipe pour améliorer les protocoles et les flux de travail en recherchant les possibilités de rationaliser les processus ;

- Ce poste convient à une personne ayant 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de services professionnels ;
- De solides compétences écrites et verbales sont requises ;
- Une connaissance pratique de Microsoft Word, Excel et Outlook est préférable ;
