Inventory Planner
Our client, a long-established Canadian retail group with multiple well-recognized banners, is entering an exciting phase of growth and operational evolution. With national expansion, increased product diversity, and a high-volume merchandise flow across apparel, footwear, accessories, and home goods, the organization is creating a more sophisticated approach to inventory planning — and this newly established role is central to that transformation. They are seeking a highly analytical, numbers-driven Inventory Planner to bring structure, forecasting expertise, and data-led decision-making to an already fast-moving buying and merchandising environment. This role offers the unique opportunity to build processes, influence purchasing strategies, and directly impact the performance of several key product categories across the business. Working closely with senior leadership, this position will shape how product flows through the company — from forecasting and open-to-buy planning to container scheduling and SKU-level replenishment. For someone who excels at data, thrives in retail environments, and loves turning information into actionable insights, this is a chance to step into a high-impact role with wide visibility.
