Loblaw Agency is our in-house creative agency – one of Canada's largest – and we're hiring a Senior Art Director. Do you wake up excited to create? Do you think visually? What you'll do:

• With the title Manager, Art Direction, you will develop concepts and execute campaigns that leave people saying wow

• Create social, CRM and digital advertising for brands Canadians love.

• Art direct photographers, illustrators and production to create visual magic.

• Collaborate with writers, production artists and product teams.

• Deliver big sky thinking and fresh approaches to some of Canada's biggest and baddest brands.

Who you are:

A visual storyteller. A food (and points) lover who understands that the right typography is like the perfect seasoning. An ever-curious art director who stays ahead of design trends – not because you have to, but because you want to Someone who happily dives into details and believes in the power of collaboration. You are more than comfortable taking calculated risks that drive results while future proofing our brands.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent in Art Direction or Graphic Design  

• 5 or more years of experience in agency or in-house

• Experience in digital, social and CRM in categories ranging from food, finance and retail

• Art Directing, conceptualizing (demonstrated in your portfolio) and highly collaborative

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, as well as Figma

• Portfolio with your top projects
