As we continue to scale, we are seeking to expand our team with a Senior Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Manager.

Position Overview

This position is pivotal in establishing and fostering relationships with industry experts, influencers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and institutions within the investment and financial sectors. The primary goal is to drive user growth through partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • The Senior Strategic Influencer & Partnerships Manager will manage the development and execution of influencer marketing (paid and earned strategies) and campaigns for Moomoo CA.
  • Achieve high-quality user growth objectives through strategic influencer collaborations and business partnerships that reach financially engaged audiences.
  • Manage the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and cultivate long-term relationships with creators, agencies, institution partners, education communities, and other relevant partners to drive scalable acquisition.
  • Work effectively with influencers and key partners, demonstrating strong communication skills in presenting Moomoo's value proposition and ensuring accurate, compliant, and compelling content delivery.
  • Oversee the full partnership lifecycle—including opportunity scouting, negotiation, planning, briefing, campaign execution, and performance analysis—to maximize ROI and user acquisition metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Growth, Compliance, Product, and Brand to ensure partnership strategies align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Understand current creator trends within the financial education and trading ecosystem, and identify how Moomoo's products can naturally fit into creators' content strategies.
  • Explore and evaluate new revenue-driving and user-acquisition opportunities through creator partnerships, co-branded initiatives, and business collaborations.
  • Actively monitor emerging finance creators and relevant trends across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Reddit to continually refine partnership strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5–15 years of experience in business development, channel expansion, sales, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in the financial services sector, financial industry agencies, or closely related industries.
  • Candidates from adjacent sectors may also be considered if they demonstrate strong skills and resources.
  • Proven channel development experience, with the ability to build, manage, and expand revenue-driving partnerships.
  • Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to develop win-win collaboration models.
  • Demonstrated team management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain successful relationships with KOLs, industry partners, agencies, and influential stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of the investment, finance, and technology landscape, including industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • A creative, strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to drive projects independently and deliver measurable results.
