Subcontract Painter – London & Surrounding Area

PURITY PAINTING INC. is expanding again — and we're only looking for top-tier subcontractor painters who take real pride in their craft.

If you're tired of chasing payments, dealing with unorganized GCs, or getting ghosted after finishing a job — this is your upgrade.

We're professional, structured, and focused on quality and fairness. You bring precision, reliability, and the right attitude — we'll bring consistent, high-value projects and fast, no-hassle payouts.

We're not building a big roster — just 4–10 elite subs who can handle premium residential and commercial work with zero drama.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Interior & exterior repainting (residential and commercial)
  • Cabinet refinishing and spraying (factory-grade finish systems)
  • Textured ceiling removal and Level 5 skimming (if qualified)
  • Detailed prep: masking, caulking, sanding, drywall patching
  • Following organized scopes with premium product specifications (no substitutions)
  • Maintaining a clean, professional jobsite at all times
  • Communicating clearly with our project managers and site leads

What You Need

  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in painting (residential/commercial)
  • Strong spraying and surface prep experience
  • Reliable transportation & full tool setup
  • WSIB coverage & $2M general liability insurance
  • Working at Heights (for exteriors)
  • Professional attitude, reliability, and consistency — we only work with pros who take pride in the finish.

Specialty Opportunities

We have steady, premium work available for subs skilled in:

  • Cabinet spraying and fine finishing
  • Textured ceiling removal and full Level 5 resurfacing
  • Exterior repaints and refinishing (brick, siding, stucco, metal, wood)

These are higher-paying specialty scopes reserved for reliable trades who can deliver top-quality results on time.

How You Get Paid

We pay per project, not per hour.

You provide your own materials (per our specified products) and get fast, on-time payouts — no chasing, no waiting.

Our subs average $3,000/week, while our top subcontractors earn upwards to $9,000/week depending on job type and efficiency.

Every job is scoped clearly so you know exactly what you're earning before you start.
