Live-in Superintendent

Toronto, Ontario, Canada Medallion Corporation Full time

The Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of residential properties under the management of Medallion. This position ensures the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained while fostering positive relationships with tenants and adhering to the company's values of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Perform general in suite repairs.
  • Overall maintenance of the property
  • Coordinate with licensed contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential hazards.
  • Ensure common areas (lobbies, hallways, grounds, etc.) are clean and well-maintained.
  • Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Assist in preparing units for new tenants, including painting, repairs, and cleaning.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with tenants, contractors, and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
