SCHEDULE:
- 37.5 Hours Weekly (flexible)
- Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs and Friday. One Sat every month.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Dental office administrator / receptionist is required or a combination of diploma in administration plus1- 2 years administrative experience.
- Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is necessary
- Proficiency in MS Office is preferred (MS Excel and MS Outlook )
- Experience with Dentrix is necessary
- Engaging personality in making patients feel welcomed at our clinic
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset with great people skills
