Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts, and pallet jacks for loading and unloading shipments.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage orders.
  • Perform shipping and receiving duties including packaging, labeling, and preparing items for transport.
  • Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and fulfillment in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocking shelves as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes.
  • Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and order verification.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a warehouse setting with a focus on shipping & receiving operations.
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems.
  • Experience operating various warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks accurately under time constraints.
  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Basic math skills necessary for inventory counting and order processing. Join our team as a Shipper/Receiver where your contributions will play a vital role in our operational success

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
