Job Description
Insight Global is hiring an experienced Scrum Master to support the delivery of a large-scale technology initiative across the FX and Fixed Income teams for a top 5 banking client in downtown Toronto. This position focuses on driving day‑to‑day delivery, maintaining Agile discipline, and ensuring consistent execution across multiple technology workstreams.
The Scrum Master will work closely with teams in both Toronto and New York, facilitating Agile ceremonies, monitoring progress against plans, ensuring the quality of work inputs, and proactively identifying and removing development-related obstacles. While a Program Manager oversees cross-functional and leadership-level coordination, the Scrum Master is responsible for supporting the alignment with the established delivery model.
This role requires a strong foundation in Agile practices, excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced capital markets environment. The team is also in the process of building a new system and retiring an existing platform, making adaptability and fast learning essential.
