We are currently seeking for receptionist that represents our salon with great professionalism and who is primarily responsible for managing the salon's social media presence, including creating content, posting updates, engaging with followers, and performing standard receptionist duties like scheduling appointments and greeting clients

**Responsibilities**:

- Content creation: Taking photos and videos of hairstyles, before-and-after transformations, new hair color trends, and stylist work.
- Caption writing: Crafting engaging captions for social media posts, including promotions, client testimonials, and relevant hashtags.
- Social media scheduling: Planning and scheduling posts across different platforms to maintain consistent online presence.
- Story creation: Utilizing Instagram Stories and other ephemeral content formats to showcase behind-the-scenes glimpses of the salon and stylists
- Basic receptionist tasks: Answering phone calls, booking appointments, greeting clients, managing the appointment schedule

Skills needed for this role:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- Photographic and videography skills
- Customer service: 3 years in Canada (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Additional pay:

**Experience**:

- Receptionist in the hair / spa industry in Canada: 2 years (preferred)
