**Job Duties**:

- Accountable for maintaining standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all primary warehouse functions including; Shipping, Receiving, Bin Locating, Picking, Managing Product Transfers and Inventory Control Measures.
- Coordinate with Customer Service for receipt of orders.
- Open and close building daily.
- Oversea the order flow and workload of team members.
- Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and organization in the warehouse while ensuring all orders are shipped daily.
- Effectively communicate to other Team Members and departments on activities and issues with product movement.
- Loading & Unloading trailers, receiving & putting away goods.
- Folds & tapes boxes, applies labels, packs products and stacks boxes on pallets or shipping line.
- Match outgoing product with purchase orders for accuracy and expiry dates.
- Participate and help organize inventory counts.
- Minor maintenance on building (fixing door knob, etc.._).
- Report discrepancies and suggest resolutions to Warehouse Manager.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Company code of Ethics.
- Perform other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 Years Warehouse Experience.
- Valid Forklift License.
- Proven experience organizing a warehouse and maintaining standard operating procedures on a daily basis.
- A proven team player that can maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple priorities in an extremely fast paced environment.
- A self-starter that is extremely motivated, and can work with minimum supervision.
- Supervising warehouse staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel and Word.
- Adaptable to change.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent and effective verbal, listening and written communication skills.
