Your role

  • Manage legal and insolvency files by analysing the viability of the actions to be taken.

  • Prepare and review legal documents to ensure accuracy, compliance and completeness.

  • Collaborate with internal and external authorities (legal advisors, trustees, internal departments, clients) to resolve complex files.

  • Make informed decisions regarding file acceleration, recommendations for legal action, regulations and accounting entries.

  • Negotiate agreements, equipment returns or settlements by assessing the risks and associated costs.

  • Help continuously improve processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

In the Contract Administration department, you are part of a team of committed colleagues and report to the Contract Administration Manager. Requirements

  • Specialized training in legal fields, accompanied by at least two years of related experience is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of collections, legal and insolvency processes
  • Ability to analyse complex files and make decisions in high-stakes contexts
  • Proficiency in IT tools, including MS Office, and proficiency in learning new systems
  • Strong Negotiation skills and attention to detail
