Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team for Ontario Area. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to support our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in B2B sales, and the ability to effectively engage with prospects through various channels. Your contributions will be crucial in driving business development and expanding our customer base.

Duties

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads within target markets.
  • Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to prospects and generate interest in our products/services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM systems to track lead interactions and progress.
  • Assist in creating marketing strategies that align with lead generation goals.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance negotiation and sales skills.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process.

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
  • Background in marketing or business development will be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kitchener, ON
