Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Member Experience Associate located in Toronto, ON. The Member Experience Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with membership inquiries, conducting tours of the facility, and ensuring members have a positive experience. Additionally, the role involves managing member accounts, addressing concerns, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with managing member accounts and resolving inquiries
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in the fitness or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is preferred
