As a
Member Experience Representative
, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service, supporting a wide range of initiatives, and helping to shape an exceptional fitness community. Your enthusiasm for health and wellness will help create memorable experiences for our members, guests, and team.

Availability

Must be available to work 5:30am shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service:
    Deliver service excellence, ensuring every member, guest, and colleague feels welcome and supported.
  • Administration:
    Assist the Member Experience Manager with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Unity Ambassador:
    Be a knowledgeable resource on all facility programs, services, amenities, and operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Reliable, professional, energetic, and approachable demeanor.
  • Passionate about health, fitness, and/or sports.
  • Proven ability to foster community and engagement within an organization.
  • Proficient in membership databases, social media, digital tools, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
