Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Tenant Relations Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will provide front-line social service support to our indigenous tenants. The role will be Part-time with a flexible working schedule suited to your available.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and tenants in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to general inquiries.
  • Conduct home visits with tenants, listening to their concerns and supporting their housing needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent. (Post-secondary education in office administration an asset)
  • Ojibway language is an asset
  • Knowledge of front desk operations and phone etiquette in a professional setting.
  • Strong social service skills with effective communication to interact positively with tenants and colleagues.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
