Position Overview
As our portfolio of multi-family real estate and commercial assets grow at M.L. Moore & Sons, we seek an experienced Property Manager. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to be part of our journey and is committed to executing best-in-class property management and tenant relations.
With an additional focus on business development and portfolio growth, by soliciting and implementing 3rd party management service contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant Engagement:
- Foster positive relationships through effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Manage rent collections, late notices, and postings.
- Oversee the maintenance team and all aspects of the property’s financial management.
- Conduct weekly property inspections and prepare activity summary reports.
- Travel between sites as required and assist with monthly financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of community transactions and ensure proactive resolution of tenant concerns.
- Market, advertise, and show available units.
- Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve tenant issues in a timely manner, coordinating with maintenance
- staff and outside trades.
- Hire trades, manage maintenance issues and general annual management.
- Develop processes to improve tenant satisfaction and address recurring issues.
- Develop processes to improve the coordination of maintenance and property
- improvement projects.
Community Building:
- Organize and promote community events to enhance tenant involvement.
- Gather tenant feedback to inform property management and improvement initiatives.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend pricing and cost savings.
- Analyze feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Advertising and Marketing:
- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote available properties and eliminate vacancies while attracting the best possible tenants
Desired Skills and Experience
- Education: Property Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in property management or tenant relations

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years residential property management experience.
- Experience managing a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid G License and access to a vehicle; valid passport required.
- Proficient and knowledgeable about the Landlord Tenant Act.
Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
