About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused **Support Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users, helping resolve technical or service-related issues while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or ticketing system
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical or product-related issues
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
* Document support cases and maintain accurate records
* Provide clear, timely, and professional communication to customers
* Assist users with product setup, usage, and best practices
Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or a related role
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.12-$28.34 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
