We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly valued to assist a diverse customer base. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Assist customers with order processing, account management, and issue resolution
  • Utilize data entry skills to update customer records accurately in the database
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
  • Analyze customer feedback and issues to recommend improvements or solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or related roles preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
  • Ability to perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude

Pay: $21.04-$30.86 per hour
