About the Role

We are looking for a part-time Wedding Planner to join our team — someone who is:

  • Drawn to beautiful details
  • Passionate about helping couples feel seen, supported, and celebrated

  • Excited about working in a fast-paced, emotional, and rewarding industry

This role is hybrid: remote planning days + on-site wedding days and meetings.

What You'll Do

  • Support couples throughout their planning journey
  • Coordinate vendors, quotes, timelines & logistics
  • Maintain planning portals, budgets, and communication
  • Lead and manage the flow of the wedding day — ceremony, photos, reception
  • Build warm relationships with vendors and clients alike
  • Keep events running smoothly with grace, confidence & heart

You Are

  • Passionate about weddings, beauty, and creating meaningful moments
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Calm under pressure; quick-thinking and solutions-focused
  • Professional in emails, calls, meetings & texts
  • Able to work evenings and weekends
  • Comfortable traveling across the GTA
  • Experienced in customer service (preferred)
  • A post-secondary graduate
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English (Cantonese an asset)
