Job Description
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages with consistency, accuracy, and care
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of coffee, tea, and related beverage offerings, including brewing techniques, flavor profiles, and presentation standards
- Ensure beverages meet quality standards for taste, temperature, and presentation
- Support front-of-house service flow by coordinating with servers and other team members
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the beverage station
- Monitor inventory and notify management of stock needs proactively
- Uphold professional appearance, composure, and service standards at all times
- Collaborate with the broader service and support teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- 3-5 years prior experience in a coffee, café, or fine-dining beverage environment preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of espresso machines, coffee brewing, and beverage preparation
- Professional, composed demeanor with clear and respectful communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform efficiently under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with pride in supporting seamless service
- Available weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
