Toronto, Ontario, Canada Uber Full time

About the Role

The Global Delivery Partnerships team at Uber manages our highest-stakes relationships with icons like Starbucks, McDonald's, and Yum Brands. As a Senior Account Coordinator, you are the engine that keeps these massive partnerships running. This isn't a role where you wait for a manual; it's a role where you navigate the "messy middle" of operations to ensure our partners thrive.

You'll be at the intersection of data and action-moving between complex spreadsheets and real-time merchant unblocking. The pace is intense, and the ambiguity is real. We are looking for someone with an owner mindset who finds satisfaction in solving the small problems that prevent big-scale success. If you are steady under pressure, detail-obsessed, and energized by the idea of shaping how the world's biggest brands move on Uber, this is where you'll grow.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Health: Actively monitor and diagnose brand metrics daily, identifying operational friction before it becomes a partner-facing problem.
  • Navigate the Launch: Lead the onboarding of new locations, ensuring every store is trip-ready and unblocking technical or administrative hurdles with urgency.
  • Execute at Scale: Implement and track marketing campaigns end-to-end, pulling the performance data that proves our value to global stakeholders.
  • Analyze and Influence: Build and maintain reporting dashboards that help Account Managers turn raw data into strategic growth opportunities for our clients.
  • Solve the Unstructured: Address merchant issues in real-time, often navigating internal complexity and cross-functional tension to find the right path forward.
  • Drive Execution Excellence: Manage the administrative backbone of the partnership-from meticulous meeting alignment to project tracking-ensuring no detail is dropped in a fast-moving environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, customer support, account coordination, or a related role.
  • Experience working with data, reports, and internal digital tools to drive daily tasks.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a B2B, tech-enabled, or high-volume operations environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high attention to detail while managing competing priorities.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset-the ability to see how individual tasks connect to the larger partnership goal.

For Canada-based roles: Uber may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our recruiting process; however, Uber employees make the ultimate selection and hiring decisions. This advertisement relates to a current, existing vacancy.

For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD$81,000 per year - CAD$90,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
