This strategic role requires strong independent judgment to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage complex workloads while ensuring seamless project execution.The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison, providing reliable and professional on-site support at the client's office in Mississauga. You'll thrive in our collaborative environment while maintaining autonomy to make critical decisions that support project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.What your day-to-day will look like:Proactively coordinate project related issues on accountDevelop scope and schedule for assigned projectsConduct and document all weekly project meetingsCoordinate and track all Vendor Request For Proposals ("RFPs")Maintain accurate and consistent files and documentationCoordinate the activities of sub-contractors and the relocation of technical functionsInteract and negotiate with contractors and subcontractorsPrepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financialsDemonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective mannerDemonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required for assigned projectsRequired Qualifications:Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management3+ years of relevant work experience in commercial real estate projectsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook)Ability to prepare and track budgetAbility to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment (may require on-call activity after regular office hours).Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture, and space planning concepts is an assetLocation: On-site –Mississauga, ONIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
