In this role you will:
  • Clearly communicate and champion the game's creative vision across all levels of the organization.
  • Provide decisive leadership to keep the development team inspired, cohesive, and consistently aligned with project goals.
  • Oversee creative consistency across game mechanics, narrative, visual style, and player experience.
  • Act as a persuasive advocate and "natural salesperson," effectively pitching ideas internally and externally.
  • Employ strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills to unify teams and stakeholders.
  • Continuously track and analyze market trends, identifying opportunities to innovate and ensure commercial viability.
  • Hold ultimate accountability for the quality of titles, navigating within the project's scope, constraints, and expectations.
  • Interface with for clients, both internal and external, when talking about the complete game experience and any associated brands.
What we are looking for:
  • 15+ years of experience in game design with multiple high-quality shipped titles.
  • Experience in this type of leadership position
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly convey complex creative visions.
  • Exceptional skills in written, verbal, and visual communication.
  • Deep passion and knowledge of gaming, evidenced by a lifelong engagement with games and industry developments.
  • Current and comprehensive understanding of video game market trends, top-performing titles, and consumer behaviors.

  • Assumer la responsabilité ultime de la qualité des jeux, en tenant compte de la portée, des contraintes et des attentes du projet.
  • Assurer la liaison avec les clients, tant internes qu'externes, lorsqu'il s'agit de l'expérience de jeu complète et des marques associées.
Ce que nous recherchons:
  • 15+ années d'expérience dans la conception de jeux vidéo, avec plusieurs titres de grande qualité commercialisés.

Nous recherchons un directeur·trice créatif·ve accompli·e ayant fait ses preuves dans la création de jeux exceptionnels et de grande qualité. Cette personne dirigera et inspirera nos équipes, articulera clairement la vision créative du projet et veillera à ce que tout le développement du jeu soit en adéquation avec cette vision.
