[Part-Time Studio Attendant]

Mint Room Studios is the first and largest interior-designed natural light photo studio located in Toronto. We offer competitive pay, opportunities for growth and excellent benefits.

Location: Toronto (Dupont St & Campbell Ave) and (Sterling Rd & Perth Ave)

Responsibilities/Job Description:

  • Various customer service duties include:

  • Answering the phone

  • Responding to emails

  • Welcoming and interacting with guests during the entire booking.

  • Organizing, cleaning and sanitizing after every booking

  • Assisting clients with booking needs
  • Handling and processing payments
  • Understanding and applying company policies
  • Upkeeing and maintaining studio furniture

Requirements:

  • Passionate about customer service and helping others brings you joy.
  • Bubbly, energetic customer service style.
  • Friendly communication style when dealing with the public or members of staff.
  • Self-starter and passionate.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Organized, Prompt and able to multitask.
  • Ability to handle payments and deposits.
  • High School Diploma.

Please note this is a part-time position on a contracted basis.

Required Availabilty: Weekends, Evenings and On-calls.

Reports to: Head of Operations, Partners

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00 per hour
