Your role with us:

Reporting to the Programming Supervisor, the CNC Programmer is responsible for process development, tooling selections and CNC programming. The CNC Programmer proactively creates accurate and efficient CNC programs and documentation, while improving machining processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

You will bring to the role:

  • Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience using Mazatrol & Fanuk, EIA Programming (G-Code).
  • Mastercam Advanced programming certification is preferred.
  • Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment requiring complex programming and familiarity with multi-axis CNC machines is preferred.
  • Machinist Journeyperson certificate is an asset.
  • Ability to read engineered drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
  • Strong understanding of cutting tools, inserts, and fixturing best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work in a self-directed manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
