We're looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of day-to-day social media operations — from content planning and creation to analytics and optimization.

Take full ownership of social media planning, execution, and analysis across Mindrift's channels — maintaining brand consistency while continuously improving content effectiveness and reach.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate monthly content with the marketing manager.
  • Draft text posts for editor review and adapt tone per platform. 
  • Create visuals using provided templates in Figma (independently, using the templates).
  • Produce AI-generated videos or visuals (using Runway, Pika, Midjourney, or similar).
  • Manage daily activity on LinkedIn, Reddit, and Meta: posting, monitoring, and light engagement.
  • Propose and test new distribution channels (e.g. YouTube Shorts, Substack, Reddit communities etc).
  • Review performance analytics from social platforms and prepare monthly insight reports. 
  • Suggest data-driven adjustments to the content plan and posting schedule 
  • Collaborate with an external designer or motion freelancer only when advanced visuals are needed.
Who we are looking for 
  • Strong grasp of LinkedIn, Reddit, and Meta algorithms and community dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience managing all steps of content production (planning → asset creation → posting → analytics).
  • Proficiency in Figma and AI visual tools.
  • Analytical mindset: ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
  • Fluent English, confident copy editing and tone alignment.
  • Interest in AI, tech, and creative freelancing culture is a plus.
