Transparent Labs | Social Media Manager As Social Media Manager, you'll take ownership of social strategy at Transparent Labs, collaborating with our best-in-class in-house creative team on content production, as well as producing your own social content end-to-end. Location: St. John's, Newfoundland (HQ) or Toronto, Ontario (remote with regular travel) About Transparent Labs Transparent Labs is a leader in the sports nutrition and health supplements industry, dedicated to creating natural, science-backed nutritional supplements. Our mission is to empower consumers through transparency, education, and products that deliver on their promises. We are looking for a key team member to help us tell that story through engaging social media content. ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Youtube, Instagram, and Tiktok.Build the Social Calendar: Develop and manage the content calendar to align with marketing campaigns and athlete moments. Content Strategy & Briefing: Work with our in-house design and video teams to create high-production value content.Content Creation: Manage your own end-to-end production stream of lo-fi social-first content. Science Communication: Collaborate with our internal SciComm team to translate complex topics in nutrition and exercise science into content that is accurate, accessible, and engaging for a mainstream audience.Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media KPIs, using data to inform and refine content strategy. Ideal Candidate QualificationsDirect experience managing social media accounts and creating short-form video content. We value your portfolio and hands-on experience much more than your resume.Technical proficiency in video editing and creative software.Deep interest in health, fitness, nutrition science, or a related field (e.g. Kinesiology, Biochemistry, etc.).Excellent communication skills – you can write a great script, and you're comfortable on-camera.
