CGC Inc. is currently recruiting for a Forklift Operator for our ceilings plant, based in Oakville, Ontario.
It's a permanent and full-time position (8h/day from 3pm-11pm), offering a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual to demonstrate their skills and abilities in a manufacturing operation within a large corporation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently operate fork truck for the purposes of warehousing, loading and unloading various products
  • Recognize safety hazards on site and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Participate in all safety, continuous improvement, and diversity, equity & inclusion activities as they arise.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A track record of positive safety behaviors, attendance, attitude and work performance with a passion for learning new skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience with sit down counterbalance forklifts.
  • Comfortability with basic computer applications is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.

Hours:
3p-11p, Monday-Friday

Pay:
$29.22/hr

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
