ILAC offerings include high school, in-person and online language training, summer camps, pathways to higher education in Canada and the US, study & work programs, language testing centres, and student housing.

We are hiring creative, dynamic professionals to teach the following courses:

Analytics for Business Decisions

The field of Business Analytics is growing in every industry. This course provides an introduction to modern theory, tools, and techniques used when making business decisions. You will develop the skills needed to be successful in a business analytics role using methodologies to develop a strategic advantage. You will be able to analyze, present findings, and make meaningful conclusions about data in a business setting and offer valuable insights by recognizing, interpreting, and summarizing your company's data.

We are looking for qualified college instructors who bring:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the areas relevant to the subject matter of the course.
  • Teaching experience is an asset.
  • Commitment to excellence and integrity in teaching and learning
  • Dynamic presentation skills, and engaging lesson planning skills
  • Experience with other learning management systems such as MOODLE, etc. is an asset

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of occupational experience relevant to the subject matter of the course, AND a degree, or diploma, or certificate in that field, or:
  • 10 years of work experience in a career occupation relevant to the subject matter of the course.

Schedule: Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday Evenings (From 6:15pm to 9:45pm) in person.

Start Date: January 12th 2026
