NINETYFIVE Beauty is seeking an experienced Nail Technician ready to combine creative independence with real business support.

As an independent contractor, you control your schedule and your services — and we provide the marketing, structure, visibility, and environment that help you grow.

Inside Winnipeg's financial district, our nail techs regularly work with professionals, executives, lawyers, analysts, founders, and clients who value clean, consistent, premium-level work.

This is where nail artists build loyal, long-term clientele.

  • A steady roster of high-value clients who rebook consistently
  • A chair that becomes a destination for premium manicures and pedicures
  • Strong visibility from downtown corporate and residential traffic
  • Ongoing support with content, marketing, and brand development
  • Growth as an independent artist — without the feeling of being on your own

Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured gel, gel polish, pedicures, and nail art at a high standard
  • Maintain exceptional sanitation and workspace organization
  • Manage your bookings, schedule, and client communication
  • Provide an elevated and consistent client experience
  • Participate in optional content creation with salon support
  • Maintain a professional presence aligned with our brand

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience as a nail technician
  • Strong skillset in gel nails, shaping, finishing, and nail prep
  • Certification in nail technology preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and precision
  • Ability to work independently as an independent contractor
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
