across email, social, web, and publications

- Build authentic member relationships—remembering milestones, following up, and creating moments of connection
- Manage member renewal cycle
- Support member recruitment and awareness-building initiatives
- Bring a

- Use modern tools (including AI) to work smarter and stay current

2.Project Management (Absolutely Essential)

  • Manage
    multiple projects at once

, often running in parallel
- Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables with precision
- Coordinate internal contributors and external partners
- Keep projects moving without constant follow-ups from leadership

3.Marketing Project Leadership

You'll oversee (not execute alone) several major initiatives each year, including:

  • Annual Report
  • Member surveys & compensation surveys
  • Quarterly magazine (4 issues/year)
  • Industry insights and communications that drive engagement

Who You Are

Experience in
clubs, hospitality, associations, non-profits, or startups

is a strong asset—especially if you understand what high-touch service really means.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working hybrid (must be within commuting distance)
  • French bilingualism is an asset, not a requirement
