Countertop Installer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various installation processes, installation of stone granite and quartz Some fabrication or adjustments onsite This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new construction to restoration and remodeling, contributing to high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. The Installer will be responsible for executing installation tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards and project specifications.

Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate installation.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for installing Stone
• Perform carpentry tasks such as cutting, measuring, and assembly.
• Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure water-tight and finished surfaces.
• Conduct minimal plumbing installation fixtures, shut off valves and related components.
• Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces. May remove old countertop
• This is a subcontract position
• Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience with hand tools, construction methods, for installing stone or related trades.
• Ability to read , schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of caulking techniques and restoration processes is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction safety practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials and working in various positions for extended periods.
