**Job Summary**:
As a House Cleaner and Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of indoor living spaces, as well as the upkeep and enhancement of outdoor gardens and landscapes. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently to ensure that both the interior and exterior of the property are kept in pristine condition.

**The Role**:
This individual will be responsible for the management of the cleanliness and upkeep of the indoor living spaces and maintaining the landscape.

**Responsibilities**:
House Cleaning:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops.
- Wipe down surfaces, including countertops, tables, and appliances, to remove dirt, dust, and grime.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure a streak-free shine.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
- Plus any other task as assigned.

Gardening and Landscaping:

- Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and ornamental plants by watering, pruning, and fertilizing as needed.
- Plant seasonal flowers, vegetables, and herbs according to gardening plans and preferences.
- Trim and edge lawns, and mow grass to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
- Sweep and clean outdoor patios, decks, and walkways to remove debris and dirt.
- Assist if needed with the installation of new landscaping features, such as pathways, retaining walls, or irrigation systems.
- Assist with general farm maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and trash removal.
- Plus any other task as assigned.

Animal Care:

- Feed animals according to their individual needs as required.
- Maintain clean and organized stables, paddocks, and chicken coop to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the horses and other animals as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with horses and other farm animals in a farm or stable environment.
- Proficiency in landscaping techniques, including planting, pruning, and irrigation.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks in all weather conditions.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

**Work Environment**:

- This position involves working both indoors and outdoors, depending on the tasks at hand. You may be exposed to various weather conditions while working outdoors. The schedule may vary based on seasonal demands and client preferences.
