We are hiring a Part-Time barista for our Mission café.

If you enjoy being part of a great team, serving tasty coffee and food to grateful customers, and relish opportunities for growth and career development. We are the team for you. While cafe experience is preferred, you do not need any experience in coffee to apply. What you will need is a keen interest in coffee and service and a desire to learn. Mostly, though, the skills necessary to be a great barista involve waking up early, day in and day out, and serving a community of customers and coworkers with kindness and hard work. A willingness to do that work - and the temperament needed to actually love doing it - are prerequisites. We look forward to hearing from you.

Position Details
  • Immediate Availability is preferred.
  • Schedule: 3–4 days per week (minimum of 3 guaranteed).
  • Required availability:
  • Two flexible weekdays
  • Both Saturday and Sunday (mandatory)
  • Shift length: 4–7 hours.
  • Hours per week: Average of 15–20 hours, with potential for up to 25 hours.
  • Working hours: Must be able to start as early as 6:30am and work as late as 5:00pm.
  • All applicants must be available during these days and hours
