**Job Summary**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be the face of our coffee shop, responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve engaging with customers, preparing drinks to perfection, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations while handling food products.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Demonstrate time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Experience**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is beneficial.
- Experience with POS systems or cashiering is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 24 per week
