Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This position requires a blend of customer service and excellent time management abilities to effectively assist customers and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs promptly and courteously.
  • Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately for processing transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product availability.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain high standards of service.
  • Handling food, Making sauces, salads and packaging.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in restaurant is preferred but willing to train right candidate.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong upselling skills to maximize sales potential during customer interactions.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
