Some evenings and weekends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist guests in a warm and friendly manner. Address and resolve any customer inquiries or issues promptly.
- **Cash Handling**: Accurately process transactions, including cash, credit/debit card payments, and vouchers. Maintain a balanced cash drawer throughout your shift.
- **Sales**: Promote and upsell products and services, including food and beverages.
- **Operations**: Ensure that the checkout area is clean and organized. Restock supplies as needed and maintain the appearance of the cash register area.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operations and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math and cash handling skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attributes**: Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable. A positive attitude and the ability to handle stress effectively.
- **Availability**: Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekdays starting at 12pm ,weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
