IT Analyst II
in the
manufacturing Industry
in
London, Ontario.
This role provides and remote technical support for internal staff, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, mobile devices, printers, and software. Assist with administrative and project-related tasks, including equipment imaging, shipping, lease returns, and tracking service metrics, while occasionally traveling to other company locations.

A Typical Day

  • Provide deskside and remote support to internal staff for software, infrastructure (including computers, printers, mobile devices, etc) and applications as required
  • Backup, image, configure and ship computers & peripherals to vendors and end users in support of 3M Canada goals
  • Provide assistance with admin and project work to support company initiatives, including lease return processes
  • Track and provide program delivery metrics as required

Successful Candidates Will Have

  • Bilingual English and French is required
  • Drivers License for occasional travel between worksites is a requirement
  • A minimum of 2-3 years relevant working experience
  • A Bachelor level university, or related college degree desirable but a combination of education and related experience will be considered

Soft Skills

  • The ability to communicate well in written and verbal English
  • Good interpersonal, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be considered an asset

Total Rewards
